Prince Yemi Emiko
Chairman
Prince Yemi Emiko is an accomplished professional, with over 35 years cognate experience in the oil and gas industry, mainly as a C-suite executive. He holds a BA (Hons) in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria, and a Ph.D in business administration from the Prowess University, Delaware, USA.
Prince Emiko took early retirement from Chevron in 2007, where he worked in positions of increasing responsibilities, gaining extensive expertise in operational excellence, project identification & management, leadership development, crisis management, oil spill mitigation & cleanup strategies, etc, within the oil and gas sector. Beyond his corporate career, he has held key positions in various organizations, including:
Executive Director, Seistech Energy Ltd.
Director, AMW Petroleum Development Company.
Chairman, Dominion Shipping and Freight Limited.
Director Akata Energy Ltd.
Chairman, Sica Intercontinental Limited.
His leadership also extends into politics and governance, serving as:
Special Adviser on Planning and Strategy to the Delta State Chairman of the Action Congress of Nigeria (2011-2014).
APC Senatorial Candidate for Delta South (2015).
Coordinator, APC Campaigns Delta South Zone (2023).
National Chairman, South-South Region for Bola Ahmed Tinubu, SOSOBAT (2022-present).

Operations Manager
Osita Ijomah holds HND from the Akwa Ibom Polytechnic, Uyo, and has several years experience in oil field operations, Tank cleaning, descaling, pipeline construction & maintenance, etc, working at SICA International, BJ Technical, Shell Nigeria, SPDC, ASUTECH Nig Ltd, etc. He serves as the Operations Manager at OldHill
Ms. Patience Danlami Elisha
Manager Admin/HSE
is a B.sc Geography graduate from Taraba state University with a five years in banking & finance with FCMB; a Public Affairs specialist with 3 years liaison experience for Eurowells with NNPC.
Mr. Patrick Balestra
Director Technical Services
Mr Patrick Balestra has more than 35 years engineering consultancy work behind him. He has worked in France, Algeria, Angola, Nigeria, and other African countries on myriad of projects, including pipeline construction and maintenance, intelligent pigging, green house technologies, and process engineering. He remains a strong ally of our company in partnership to deliver on our mission and set goals. Balestra studied at the University Institut of Technology, France.
Mr. Caesar Keluro
IT/Business Consultant
Mr. Caesar Keluro has a postgraduate degree in environmental valuations and modern shopping mall management and has been a certified in platform management and business modelling since 2010. He brings his vast experience in advanced technology solutions for large markets to bear in our operations.
